Need to change some toe rail sections. Seems to be that Jeanneau had glassed in nuts for the screws for the toerail stanchion bases and rubrail. Now they are all corroded and most of them just break off. On the ones who do come out the nuts start to turn once I try to put new screws in. There is no access from inside. All the stuff is glassed in. Any good ideas on how to tackle that problem.

Sorry to say, I can't think of any clever ways to overcome this problem. To remove the broken bolts plus nuts, you will have to get access from below the decks. Otherwise you will need to make big holes to get them out and then there remains the problem of what to put in their place.

The only "last ditch" solution I can think of is to inject a large dollop of epoxy paste down the holes leading to the turning nuts and then re-tap the nuts when it has cured. This is very hit or miss, because if the glass does not cover the ends of the previously installed nuts, the epoxy will fall straight through. And there is no guarantee that the epoxy will stop the nuts turning anyway.

Same here

1) Thread a bolt in the nut
2) chissel (!) out as much GRP from the inside of the boat as possible
3) Whack the top of the bolt with a hammer: the nut comes out, together with a large chunk of GRP
4) Repair inside of boat with fibre reinforced resin, put a piece of mylar film over it, repaint.
5) Place new toerail, together with a lot of sikaflex. Drill new holes
