Long shot but has anyone got a 37.1, or know of one, that we could look at? Even just the cockpit would be a help.
Considering buying one in Greece and it's a long way to go, to then discover we don't feel happy with the cockpit/ layout.
Equally, owner recommendations or otherwise would be interesting.
Thank you.

Yachtforce (sailing school and charter) have one at Mercury Marina on the Hamble.

I've sailed two, one in Greece and one here. Worked well in the heat of the former and the misery of last summer in the latter. It isn't a racing yacht, but upwind in 30kts+ it quite surprised me. A very honest sailing boat. Didn't find any inherent problems with the design (other than the pedestal folding table which ain't too clever and hasn't stood up to charter (ab)use). I have had a look at the prices, and it's quite a lot of boat for the money isn't it?

Yachtforce are a very friendly bunch and I'm sure they'd let you take a peek, but bear in mind that it might be during a rapid changeover. You could charter it if you wanted a good trial. No connection other than as a happy customer.

Many thanks for that, brilliant. Will contact Yachtforce. Also very interesting about your experience. Did the Greek one have inmast furling? We have a racey Elan and are getting older so looking for something easier but still enjoyable to sail.

No roller furling at the mast - I'm allergic to it and wouldn't charter a boat with it fitted! I cunningly arranged for children to grow up at the right time for my harder string pulling. More troublesome though.
