Jeanne is South of the Cape of Good Hope and should be in the Indian Ocean by thursday.
She is having some rough sea conditions to deal with mainly due to the Agulhas current.
SHe has had to deal with a mainsail that was suffering a failure along the leach seam and at least one other hole. Like many of her followers I had thought that she would have a new suite of sails for each circumnavigation. Well it turns out that her main is about 10 years old and a veteran of at least 3 circumnavigations.
Gorilla tape and 5200 were involved in the repairs.
