Trying to get advance weather information for next weekend (as these last 3 weekends been marinabound with the weather), this might be a site to try.

It's on the Topkarten site but comes from Japan!

That's what Kindred Spirit said. It's on Topkarten, a german site, but the weather model is Japanese:
