Great pics, but had to laugh at DM's definition of a "mere scratch". Looks like a big hole to me!

It is probable that there will now be a heated Coll Regs discussion as to which ship is at fault.

Interesting nav lights on the warship - it looks like her forward steaming light is mounted above the wheelhouse, rather than up forward.

If you look at the "before" pic, there appears to be a mast right on the bow which may have had a steaming light on it. That mast is now inside the container on the ship!

But if that's just a flag pole then I agree that the nav light configuration could be confusing.

Looking at that second pic, it's just off Blackpool, no wonder they hit stuff if they are that far out with the navigation!
