Have any Jaguar owners done this.
I am looking to bring the control lines back to the cockpit on my Jaguar 27.
The gap between the hatch and the coach roof is not that great and the Sprayhood frame may need to be moved, adapted to make a little more space.
I have attached a picture of a 27 to give an idea of the problem and will take some measurements tonight, but it looks a tight fit.
Thanks in advance for any help.

You will struggle to get 2 clutches there, even if you change the sprayhood frame to mount it on the side of the coachroof. Also not enough room for a winch that could be used with the hood up.

I have a triple clutch mounted next to the hatch runner at the aft end of the coach roof. There is just enough room to run the lines forward between the hatch runner and the grab rail.

There is no room on the coach roof for a winch, unless you ditch the spray hood completely and the last chunk of the grab rail and using the winch on cockpit side leads to riding turns.

I put clutches and winches at the end of the coach roof on my old Jaguar 25, but I didn't have a sprayhood and the one in your photo would need a radical redesign to allow use of a winch handle. If I had to choose between the two, I could manage on muscle power alone and keep the nice warm sprayhood.
I think there's some photos in the Jaguar owners Yahoo group.

Thanks for the replies so far.

Should have added that the picture is not my boat.
The spray hood frame is attached to the sides of the coach roof on mine and I am having the cover replaced so that is not to much of a problem and the grabrails are off at the moment and can be moved from their original position to accomodate the winch.
I asked Barton what was needed and they recomend a two clutch system with a K Clam for the topping lift.
The winch they recomend is the Nautilus 8.1 with a base dia of 101.6mm so I may be ok.
As a 65 year old with arthritis it is worth the effort to try.
