Some participants in the Jester Baltimore Challenge 13 took advantage of the invitation and facilities at the Tamar River Sailing Club ( see http://www.ybw.com/forums/showthread.php?360705-Jester-Baltimore-Challenge-2013-start-details and were kind enough to comment favourably on the welcome and the 'economy'.
The clubs pontoon and moorings are clearly visible about 3 miles above The Hoe at Plymouth, on the east side just south of the two prominent bridges, using Google Maps and Earth.
The Commodore, officers and other at TRSC have indicated they'd be pleased to extend a similar welcome again for those participating in the JAC 14 in May. They'd appreciate informal and non-committal expressions of interest so that some prior planning may be attempted....
Others may prefer the 'glamour' of commercial marinas close to the pulsing hub of downtown Plymouth....
