Jabsco toilet parts

Once again I have been in the toilet. Part 16 again! This is the seal that stops the backflow of liquid from the hose after pumping out. It now seems to be the case that the end of the rod that holds the seal down is working into the rubber top so reducing the sealing pressure ?? Anyway I just want to replace that part ! rather than buy a kit and duplicating all the other good spares I just want that part. I did buy one before but cant locate the supplier Xylem comes to mind but I cant find Jabsco parts there. Any advice ( on problem and supplier please?)
