Where is it leaking,from the front plate or the shaft drain hole. If front plate new paper gasket or Speedseal cover, if shaft see Here

Why only at tickover I wonder.
Is the whole engine bouncing around and shaking pipe connections ?

If the leak is from the telltale hole it will be the seal. Lip seals are energised by the pressure, so a worn one might leak at low revs but at higher revs and pressure it would deform and close off the lip.
