Jabsco mounting bolts on a Beneteau Oceanis 323

Does anyone know if the mounting bolts that come up from the (inaccessible) void beneath the toilet on the 323 are captive in some way?

I'm away from the boat and found a Jabsco Lite flush as a great price. I don't want to buy it if I'm going to have to pull out the water heater, holding tank, etc to get to the bolts. Neither do I want to unscrew the nut to see the bolt drop away into the void;(

I think head is held in hex recess but will drop if allowed. Good Luck.
