I've mislaid my Icom IC-M23 charger

I've mislaid my Icom M-23 h/h VHF charger somewhere.
Could someone who has one please tell me the output voltage and current specification as labelled on the charger itself, I've probably got one of the same spec in my box of power supplies.

I have been looking for mine for weeks. It is rated output 6v @ 0.5 amp.

I am getting one of these tomorrow.
