Wahey, congratulations. Nice boat, have you booked a launch date yet?

Edit>> Glad my tutor helped, I was starting to think it had got a bit too big and out grown it usefulness as a quick help.

I wish mine was in a shed, is soooo cold to get any work done lately.

Woof, blimey, was you watching me reading your pic tutor?

No date yet, but its going into the shed so we can all work on it and keep our tootsies warm tomorrow.
3 A4 sheets of close typed spreadsheet of work schedule to get through, and thats without the inevitable snag sheet.
Mast work tomorrow. Windy roundy roundy thing, VHF & windy pointy thing, deck flood, Inner storm forestay, 2nd genny halyard, 2 spinny halyards etc.

Things have changed since I ordered it. F'rinstants - all gear is Harken, and they have added a mainsheet traveller ( I was told you could do without one - yeah ?) So thats a couple or three hundred quid back in the pot. Engine controls different, Binnacle pod different. Cockpit locker different

So I reckon last week of March.

She looks great Jim, hope the final preps go OK. Your local traffic warden needs 'sorting' though. Looks like he's slapped a parking ticket on her already! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

That is great Jim, you will be as happy as a pig in mud. Lots of new bits and pieces to explore and try out and a fresh new boat.

Am really pleased for you.

Pig in Mud. Spot On. How do you do that? Have you seen the label in my underwear? An intimate knowledge of Essex waters?
Uncanny. Truly spooky from such a distance.

From what I hear there are many new chuffed owners. By all accounts there have been over 40 Jeanneaus dropped off this year in Blighty so far. Add that to the Bavs, Bens and the others and we will need to burn a few MABs to make room soon.

Ian,
as you are aware, 1/2 a season of schlepping around in the oozy stuff of the East Coast levels those who ditch crawl. Just my scaffold pole/bedaheet arrangement may be a bit higher than yours for recognition post pub crawl. See you in the Walton backwaters sometime!!
