Its cold out there!

Just got back from the marina and its piggin cold out there.
Cabin heater on and so warm and dry inside.
Engine room has tube heaters x 2 with thermostat on and working below 5*c. I also placed a few towels around the colarifier although I think I have managed to drain most of the water anyway. One folded up dust sheet on top the engine.
So fingers crossed this enough protection.

Although its around freezing point on the surface, the water will be a few degrees warmer under the bottom of the boat which means it acts like a mild radiator so you should be fine.

I've stayed on my boat the last 2 nights Down here with the cats working on my computer, lovely sunny day and blue skies, bit nippy outside!!

Just on my way back from a week in HamsterJam.....-15c here.....thank goodness i put those heaters in place last weekend!
