Italian motor boaters charm or what ?

Into our 2nd week in croatia absolutly fantastic sailing weve had force 6 or above for 7 of 13 days including one day of 37 knt winds
But we pulled in to a small marina last week along side and opposite what sounded like a full blown bavarian beer fest coming from the back of a39 ft mobo
I asked if we could just take on some water and move on but no even if i payed for the water we could only stay
so asked the harbour master if he could get the music turned down he approachs the boat and asks to which hugh drunken chorus screams whos complained to which i get grassed up to
Then 2 drunken Ities start dogging me up calling me limey
I had to stand tall and confonted them asking if they had a problem with me to which the reply was no problemo instantly
I know this is sounding like a bit of a rant but these guys were so inconsiderate of everyone else
I just couldnt believe it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, are you blaming Italians or motorboaters?

(Incidentally, the Italians must be Europe's noisiest Europeans. Once stayed in a hotel near La Scala in Milan, and only got about an hour's sleep - between the pavement cafés closing at 0400 and the binmen starting their collection of empty wine bottles at 0500. And another tip - never get in a tube carriage that has more than three Italian schoolkids in it.)
