I guess it appears to be blockade running - like the Turkish aid convoy that has just been boarded with the loss of 10-16 lives (depending on which report you read).

As usual, both sides are claiming to be "innocent" but it does sound like both are actually "guilty" of over-reacting.

Definitely not an area on my cruising itinerary. I have been "security checked" on my way thro' Ben Gurion in the past. It was not a pleasant interlude. The Israeli's are absolutely paranoid - possibly because they think the whole World is against them. Carry on the way they are going & the whole World WILL be against them.
