ISP\'s - localcharging abroad?

Can anyone recommend an ISP which will allow connection at local call rate from france using MObile phone connection? Perhaps most do? At present i use Excite but I can't find out from them whether they have local charge connection in Europe...

Yes...

Pipex offer this service - local connections in a whole range of countries around the world. It is a subscription service, can't remember the price but it will be on the Pipex web site.

As it is also aimed at cellular users, they guarantee connection at 9,600 bps, which is fast being abandoned by ISP's.

I'm not sure what they are doing about partners offering ISDN connections over fixed wire or cellular.
