Last week Dave snelson said it was for sale but after trying to contact him no reply !!.
Any way rang local estate agents in Portmadock and none have it on their books.

So if any one around that area knows about it please let me know .

A sort of adventurer celeb chap by the name of 'Bear Grylls (or similar) bought the lease for the buildings on one the St Tudwalls Islands last year for about £90k all in seem to rmmber, not sure if he is still there though, never seen him on my trips past.
