Islamic infiltration of Scottish coastline

I was shocked to hear, on this morning's inshore waters forecast, of how deeply Islamism seemed to have penetrated the Celtic fringes. I distinctly heard references to Mullah kin Tirh and Mullah gal Loweh. Are these coded messages? I think we should be told.

The Big Yin wrote a satirical ballad following Paul McCartneys record Mull of Kintyre. He called it Mulligans Tyres. I havn't actually heard it mind you.
