Hounded by a 13 year old in an eight at Kingston regatta as they could not get past me to race to the start of the course. I couldn’t physically go anywhere.
Shouted at by a million fishermen who now seem to use rods that wouldn’t look out of place in the keys with lines out to the middle of the river. I picked up two so god knows what the shaft is like !
Moaned at by the Tedd lock keeper at 2240 as I was towing my two paddle boards and demanding to see my license for them !
But what an incredible day of paddling drinking, boating, swimming and generally having fun. Makes it all worth it despite the irritations!!
