Anyone know if this company is still in operation or had any dealings with it?

Have you got the name right as "Powercell Technologies" (in Liquidation)
is a company which shares a director with Marine Technologies Ltd, the person mentioned in Alahol2's post.

Source of my information is a web based business info service (mainly used for giving creditratings) that gets data from comapnies house.

That person apparently has 7 active director appointments but all companies are either in liquidation, already dissolved, noted as "dissolution" or non trading.

there are 2 "Cell Power" companies listed at companies house, neither has the gent named in Alahol2's post named as a director.

Lets put this generally.

A certain person is not paying his bills out here and is also seen to be ripping off and p!ssing off a number of people, big time.
Even to the extent that a certain person is trying to 'blackmail/coerse' certain people in public office into giving him certain considerations not due. There are copies of the letters and documents written in circulation to this effect!

This week I became aware of that an individual (NOT me :)) that wants to work him over with a bit of pipe. :eek: While that person has apparently been dissuaded by an acquaintance of mine it would be better that a certain person leave before that happened.

Certain individuals have asked me for help to get information on a certain person to give to the authorities etc. :rolleyes:

Will let you know as it pans out.
