Is this an old engine info sticker on our boats dash?

Hi guys.
I have just bought a boat to do up and during its life it has had a new engine fitted.
Next to the steering column there is some engine info on a yellow sticker but I think this is for the original engine??.

The new engine has the Yam digital display but there is an un-used Yam tilt gauge in the dash so it looks like the original engine may have been a Yam also.

I am currently fitting a new steering wheel and tidying up the dash so if this is an old sticker for a previous engine I will remove it.

This is the yellow sticker

This is the recent Yam digital display

Thanks for your reply, the boat is a 1990 but the current Yam is a 2002.
As it's new to me I am trying to find out if the yellow sticker next to the steering column is for the old engine.

Looks pretty old.

Like about 1995 :)

Looks like it's an old sticker so I will get it removed before I fit my new steering wheel.
The first column of the sticker says horn sounds when you first turn the key to show the horn works.
I don't think the new Yam digital gauge has a horn that sounds when you turn the key, is this right??.
Our last boat had a Mercury and that sounded the horn when you turned on the power.

print a photo of it and put it in a folder. If you find your horn blowing random sequences one day, you know where to look. :)

I have printed off the manual for the current Yam command link multifunction gauge (round) and it doesn't look like the sticker relates to it but I do have a picture.

I think you are right, the early RYDS's 475GT's were usually built with Johnson/Evinrude outboards but ours was re-engined in 2002.
The guy we got it from said the boat was a 1990.

It all falls into place. I have a RYDS 620DC from 2001 with a Johnson on the back. I don't have the sticker, but the warning beeps certainly match up, so I've taken a copy of that for reference, thanks!

Welcome to the RYDS club, remove the sticker and have fun with the renovation!
