Is this a Friday Funny?

Gosh - he must've been in a bit of a rush to get to the otherside ....

I don't know what he does as a job- but if it's delivering goods then he'll just have to get a trailer for his Bicycle!!

I heard it on the radio.

There are only 10 miles of usable road altogether on Alderney! So if he stuck to the limit it would only take an extra 5 mins to cover the lot!!!

In a similar way, can one of the learned forumites explain how, in mainland UK, people are banned from driving when convicted of driving without insurance, tax and a valid licence????? No licence, so are they prevented from getting a licence for the period of the ban? or is it if they get a licence they are immediately prevented from using it?

They will be unable to apply for a licence for the duration of the ban.

However the scrotes usually involved don't care anyway, and will be back in court again before long for driving uninsured, without a licence AND whilst banned and they still won't care.

I did think the Alderney thing was funny.
Now I know I don't like to hang around but, if my memory serves me right of my last visit, if you drive too fast on Alderney the real danger is falling off the edge.

Now if someone can get caught speeding on Sark, now that would be impressive. :) Speeding Black Beauty perhaps.
