I ordered two dinghy lifting patches and a bit of glue from Poly Marine, it was promised for delivery yesterday. It's still not arrived today.

Just looked at my bank statement.........£70.23 /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

You bought something without asking how much it would cost? Sure you're the bigger fool! /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Must be an error. I've bought such patches before from IBS for a few quid each, and the glue was about a tenner. It was 5 or 6 yrs ago, but still ......

I got my snap davits from them, so if you're like me you'll be wondering what you can use the remaining 75% of 2 part glue for!! /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I knew the patches were £17 each, but did'nt bother asking how much glue was.

So why have you ordered the 45 gallon drum of glue?? /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Surely a small tube would suffice?

No 45 galls is ok.
He can stick MF to the pontoon.

Then when We get the next blow I won't have to go to Conwy!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

he only looked at how much they had charged him, after waiting heaters on in the garage for 2 days, where the dinghy currently resides awaiting its patches. When I enquired if he had actually paid them. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
