I reckon I am average computer literate but this one has me stumped.

I used to enjoy(?) frequent emails from YBW when any thread I had contributed (Subscribed) to received a new response.

From last Wednesday, for some unknown reason, these have stopped arriving.

I can still see which threads have seen movement by going to User CP. However, this requires manual action, unlike the emails which were automatic.

I have checked all my preferences in User CP and these seem in order (and unchanged AFAIK).

Is it something I did or is it a widespread problem?

The notifications have always ended with the message "There may also be other replies, but you will not receive any more notifications until you visit the forum again." but recently it seems they really mean it so you only get one such notification after last visiting the forum

Understood - but I'm not even getting the first message!

No - it wasn't anything I did.

After using the Contact Us link to the Administrator my account has been reset to Trusted (sic) and I can now Post again.

Apparently there have been a number of others similarly affected so, if you can read but can't write (after Logging In of course) or don't receive email notifications then contact the Administrator and they'll sort you out.

Although I can now post again, I've just realised I'm still not getting the email notifications.

Natalie, is there anything you can do about this, please?
