Genuine Marine Spare Parts with Worldwide Shipping

Is this a real company? No respond for over two months. Didn't send the product and need me to pay extra 100pounds delivery charge, but still cannot receive the product after I paid the extra delivery charge. Also no respond on the e-mail.
Many thanks

The company number 7453446 (which is quoted on the "Spares Marine" website ) is registered to
  • NEPTUNE SPARES LIMITED
    07453446 - Incorporated on 29 November 2010
Southbrook House Brook Street, Bishops Waltham, Southampton, England, SO32 1AX

The "Steve" and "Nikki" also quoted on the Spares Marine website, could be two Neptune directors who resigned in 2018.

Genuine, internet based middleman, but looking at their last returns ...

Whose last returns?

Sparesmarine or Neptune Spares?

The former is using the latter as it's registered limited company but the principals of the former resigned from the board of the latter in 2018

Sparesmarine appears to be a drop shipper operating from the home address of two former directors of Neptune Spares. Nothing actually wrong with that per se but the continued use of the Neptune Spares Ltd. company registration etc.. begs some explanation (but could itself be entirely legit)

Whatever the in's and out's, I personally will not spend money directly with any drop shipper operating from domestic premises that I'm not prepared to lose. Even the legitimate ones can run into trouble rapidly and what with the 'B' word, Covid and the current difficulties with shipping etc.

When the order gets into three figures, I'd rather spend a bit more and buy from sources I can readily nail to the wall if anything goes awry either with the order or thereafter

Marinco 6152SPP item costs more than $400 from the CHEAPEST supplier, and I'm talking of US prices.
Didn't that make you suspicious upfront?
