Is it just me !!!!!!!

For a couple of years now, first week of every month the newsagent would knock on the door and drop off MBY " Just come in Tone, Nice article on the new Pershing!!" more often than not we would have a glass of wine and chat about the boating world and what was going on in general. I didnt have a special order with the newsagent, he just new that I bought one every month, valued my custom and looked after me.
SIBS I was seduced by a bottle of gin and signed up for a years subscription. big mistake!!!
Last week I received LAST MONTHS mby. When will this months arrive?
Last night the newsagent knocked on the door, didnt bring an mby but said he missed the glass of wine, I said I missed mby.
Have you all got yours?
I'm now going to cancell my subscription.

Had the same problem myself Tony! I signed up for MBM and MBY seduced by a gorgous little navel & bottom!! and of course the gin! No mags arrived by November so I phoned up and got put through to customer care, very nice young girl said she would put them in the post and sure enough I got two copies of Oct MBM, One copy of Nov MBY and one Copy of Dec Mby! so Iv'e now got a bit of reading to do!

Best thing is to ring customer care, Kings reach Tower!

The 'leadtime' form ordering to actually getting into the system seems extraordinarily long from my experience.

Dec MB&Y arrived last week and frankly it is such a disappointment you won't miss it!

Someone should invent a computer or something. It would speed things up a lot.

A couple of years ago I ordered a sub at LIBS. When I rang them to ask where it was, I was told that it was taking time to process all the new subs.

Now, I may be a complete idiot, but surely it doesn't take an awful lot of inteligence to realise that a show will generate an x increase in business, so couldn't they plan for the new subs, even engage an agency to process them in time.
