Surely voyages of discovery have some sort of objective? The main objective with death OTOH presumably is to avoid it .. or does some delightful serendipity await?
Well, cats can't count so I am not sure where I stand in the before or after stakes. But if I have clicked off all my 9 lives you are now in hell with me and the death adventure went by without you remembering it, or else life is always like hell with after the final act being better.
I suppose it has only been in the last 50 years or so that most people in this country would have asked this question, faith or assurance in God is a great thing, so many of the old Scottish fishermen would have told you.
Life is a voyage of discovery, and death is part of it...... funnily enough most leave it to the end of the itinery though lack of proper preparation can bring it further up the list which spoils the rest of the day
Course it was... my reply was not intended to be heavy, sorry if it came out that way, it was just the juxtaposition of the words immy struck me.
I am worried that the faffing around with these tiles, still the same technology as the first shuttle all those years ago, is going to lead to another snafu.

Talk about voyages of discovery.
I am just reading ''Life of Pi'', there's this bloke ,see, stuck in a lifeboat with a Bengal tiger......
Pretty good mix so far of the philosophical and the downright practical !
Death is just the spirits way of slipping from the marina of life and setting off on the next leg of it's voyage. Having said that if my body is a marina my wife must be the personification of MDL.
Tell me about it ( The Marina, not your wife). I wouldn'd call it that suave either- it's full of MOBO owning Chavs ( and that's no disrespec to nice MOBOs).
Was there on Sat before leaving for the Solent at 10:45pm .. yes there seemed to be a lot of shiny big Mobos, jetskis and ribs. Looked as if some jet skis had there own berths!!
