These guys came to say hello on our passage from Conwy to Howth a couple of weeks ago. We were about 20 nm off Howth and as you can see flat calm no wind and motored all the way. Travelled from Howth to Dun Loghaire then on to Greystones then backs to Holyhead and finally back to Conwy. Lot of motoring not much sailing fine weather all the way

great
saw similar on way to scilly-but more impressive was when i saw my first rissos dolphins just s of ramsey sound -one jumped clean out of water other swam real close to boat-supposed to be shy?

Had a similar experience with a pod of 8 a few weeks ago travelling at night across the north Antrim Coast. They stayed with us for about 20 minutes and created a great show on the bow with repeated barrel rolls, belly flops and general malarkey. The bio-phosphorescence as well was spectacular and was what I noticed first from the cockpit as the sparkles In the water began to run forwards instead of as waves running bow to stern!
