iPad mini 4 + Navionics + splashproof case and charging cable?

Having sold my last chart plotter with the boat I have recently purchased a new iPad Mini 4.

For many years I found that I used the iPad + Navionics more than the plotter but this was in a wheelhouse.

I now have a Mk2 Crabber and am looking for a waterproof or good splash proof case that allows charging whilst in use.

Just spent an hour Googling with no luck at all.

Anyone here found something suitable?

I use a splash proof case but would not connect to charge it as that would make it vulnerable. Have you discovered the portable charging blocks that can charge a phone multiple times before needing charging. If you slipped one in the same splashproof case as your tablet then no need for a super dooper case?
