iOS upgrade kills PBO colregs app... So how to get up to speed on colregs?

I am annoyed as PBO were happy to take my money for their colregs app but now can't be bothered to upgrade it to work with iOS 7 on my iPad. So it is deleted

So, I need to brush up on my colregs as I am very rusty and planning to actually go somewhere this summer (rather than just anchor off the beach and play cricket with the children...).

Can anyone recommend a good comprehensive idiot's guide to the colregs - either printed or app for the iPad?
