International VC Offshore Antifouling

Is anybody else having trouble getting hold of this stuff?
I placed an order with Compass just after Christmas for two 2 litre tins of VC Offshore in Black. Had repeated letters from them saying sorry but they have been let down by their suppliers. Cancelled the order last week and decided to get it locally. The local chandlers can't get it either. I have had to change to blue for this season.
Since it contains Teflon it's not easy to switch to anything else without scraping the whole lot off first. I do not have the time or inclination to do that.
Does anyone know if International are planning to drop this as a product?

Thanks for the detective work guys.

Not only is it expensive but it doesn;t work very well either! Mind you it is fairly easy to scrub with a pressure washer, which I have to do every two to three weeks in the summer.

I could keep my hull clean with a couple of scrubs and the remains of govt. surplus antifoul (£20 per 2 1/2 L) put on 2 years ago, but I'm a Yorkshire tightwad.
