Purchased a s/s boarding ladder only to find two of the blanking grommets were damaged. Retailer wasn't much help so emailed manufacturer Trem of Italy.
This morning two new ones turned up in the post compliments of Trem. Can't ask for more than that.

I needed a cup assembly for my Navman instruments that are distributed by Plastimo. I phoned the UK branch and was told they were not in stock (in fact I was given the wrong part number by them) and would take three weeks to get them.

I then emailed Plastimo in France, and the part was sent to me by email three days later.
To be honest with the UK branch, I had problems with the sounder a few years ago, and they did send me the display unit and hull fitting to ascertain what the problem was - with no invoice. After I found the problem (me!), I returned the units unused.

Good service deserves praise, though I have heard that others have not had such good service as I have had.
