International Primocon paint

Hello all....I have been advised to use International Primocon underwater grey paint as a primer and first coat to the mahogany planking after sanding back to bare wood on clinker boat.

I have seen advertised 'International Primocon' underwater paint (grey) ... and International Primocon Antifoul primer ( grey)...with slightly differing labels......

Are these the same product?
