Interior door sizes

Does anyone have any idea shere I can get a list of minimum dimensions for such matters as companion way doors, knee room in heads, bunk width and length etc etc. I am planning the interior of my East Anglian and want to ensure adequate comfort for those on boar when (eventually) I relaunch and actually USE the boat

There are some dimensions given in Ian Nicholson 'Designer's Notebook (Ideas for Yachtsmen)' published by Adlard Coles. Not the best book I ever bought at 10.95. but might be quite useful to you if you are doing a lot of work. eg basic berth 6'3" x 2', 18" at head, 22" at shoulder, 12" at toe" (wouldn't get me in it!)

Here are some dimensions from a dutch website (www.vaartips.nl), as the Dutch are about the tallest people in Europe this should be a good source!
