Interference between antennae?

I need to plan the mounting layout of a NASA Navtex antenna, a GPS antenna and an AIS antenna on my pushpit. There is not much room and so at least two will have to be very close together - about 10cm. Is any pair more likely or less likely to interfere with each other?

Yes, I do know that GPS and AIS antennas work ok below deck, but I have tested several below deck locations thoroughly and the reception is not as good as above deck.

The navtex aerial shouldn't be a problem. If your AIS aerial is transmitting, I would keep it as far away from the GPS aerial as possible. If space is a problem, try to put the GPS aerial above the AIS TX aerial.

Considering the accuracy now achieved by GPS, it actually makes more sense to have your GPS antenna further forward (amidships?). If you ever want to retrace your track on a plotter, for example, it's much easier not having to steer the wrong way.

Don't know if this will help, but I have placed my NASA Navtex antenna below decks. It had got water in it several times, which I think is fairly common with this unit.

I placed it as high as possible in the wet locker in the heads-you wouldn't know it was there. Reception is still fine, as long as the mains lead is not plugged in as it goes close to the position of the antenna, so I assume it gives off some sort of interference? This is, of course, in a GRP boat.

Don't know if that helps the OP, just my experience.

I would think you could mount the GPS and Navtex close to each other without problems.
The AIS could cause problems to either.
Ideally, you want it at a different height, as they don't radiate much vertically.
