Oh dear! EU funding involvement suggests a 10 year project costing at least a billion Euros and probably resulting a 250,000 page subset of mini-regs...

It certainly does. I struggled with a lot of the questions and would have to refer to the Colregs to get them right. It makes a good case for some refresher training!

Its like most things.. They are complicating even further something that was actually quite simple.. Avoidance of Collisions at Sea..
Now with AIS, Digital Radio, GPS Tracking it has been drawn into a Compliance issue.. An electronic papertrail that can lead to the doorstep of a transgressor..
Ok I struggled with the Questions too..
But like Soliaire.. It did make me think..and rbcoomer is right, Its a few Euro s for sure..
