First half of this clip is from "Motor Boat Part 2", mid eighties i think, and i agree it looks staged, though there is no denying what damage can be done if you encounter a situation like this.
Have to smile though, what that diver can do with a junior hacksaw against a massive tarpaulin would make Paul Daniels proud
