Has anyone had any experience on the above boats for coastal waters.

I hope one of these would suit for pottering around Poole Harbour and out to Studland in reasonable weather?

How are they at anchor? much roll?

An 820 should be fine around Poole and Studland, I would look to get one with the bigger engine option as most are configured for river use. I would expect them to be the same at anchor as any similar sized boat, the dutch certainly use them in more open waters quite happily.

I see that my local marina has one in which is configured with a higher power engine for coastal use, it was being used out of Dartmouth.

Give James at Val Wyatt a call, I have seen him doing "virtual viewings" around the boats when I have been down there.

You may wish to consider boats with a loo if you are going to be out on the water all day. Maybe a centre console type. Also the boat you mention seems to be very open at the transom not offering much protection from following waves/ wash found in the entrance to Poole Harbour.
Nice boat for in harbour use though.

The spec of the used boat seems to cover your questions

The loo is a must have from the wife, so although not a generous space, its serves a purpose for emergencies.

It does seem to be the ideal boat, although the used boats prices are currently a bit high for me.
