Insurer advice please

Our 1974 Neptunian ( 10m ketch) is in the marina at Burriana Spain. She has 6 co-owners.
GJW have been our insurers for over 10 years but wont renew this year as our survey is now 14 years old. We have tried to get it done during covid but travel and arranging a surveyor and lift out have prevented this.
Advice please on best insurers for our situation ( 3rd part will do at a pinch while we sort out a survey..........fingers crossed for this spring!)

Third party should not be a problem with the big insurers. I got cover with N&G through Topsail pending a survey and then converted to all risks after the survey at an agreed value - much the same value as your boat. However this is currently a laid up value and I need to complete the compulsories before going in commission. That includes re-rigging and other smaller items which I would do anyway. So be aware that the cost of following surveyor's reports recommendations may be significant.

A self-survey may be acceptable if you can provide recent photos showing general condition and sign a statement that your vessel is in seaworthy condition.
