I am presently insured with Mapfre Insurance and I requested for my policy to be translated into English and they have blatantly refused to do so. Has anybody experienced this with the said company?
I don't know where they are based but if they are in an EEC country you may find that they are obliged to give you these things in English. If I am right then the Trading standards people would help.
Personally I would make life as difficult as possible for them and still go elsewhere. If that's their attitude now what will they be like if you want to make a claim?
