Insurance for laid up boat?

I have a 30ft yacht that is on the hard until sold. Her insurance is up for renewal and so I thought I would get a few quotes and it seems that some insurers won't insure a boat that is not in the water.

I wondered if anyone had any suggestions as to who I could get a quote from seeing as she will not go back in the water whilst I still own her.

I have tried Haven Knox-Johnston (wouldn't insure in spite of us being currently insured!).

We used GJW while ours was up for sale at Essex and Windermere (Sportscruiser). Price was about 70% of the in commision price.
