Installing seapro livecharts

I wonder if anyone has experience of installing Seapro Livecharts recently? I have just upgraded my version of Seapro Lite, and when creating the chart folio (which you have to do for the first use after installing the charts), got the following error message: "The following Livecharts have not been added to the folio:
C:\Charts\Live_b\ba1078 Update not installed. Please re-install"

This happens both with the new charts I have bought as well as the previous ones. I will call Euronav on Monday, but if anyone knows the solution, it would allow a more productive use of time (ie, I'd get to play with my new toy!!)

Haven't a clue - I use Maptech and OpenCPN.

I'll bump it back to the top, though - maybe you'll get more response second time around.
