Installing Raymarine windvane service kit

The windvane cups on my Raymarine windvane need to be replaced after the old ones disdappeared. The service kit contains the cups, direction sensing feather, two grub screws and an allen key - but o instructions
What would be a suitable threadlocker - I have read that Loctite and many other threadlockers can make the plastic brittle and liable to cracking.

I never used threadlocker on mine.
