Install pulley and vibration damper KAD300

I have had off the vibration damper and pulley from bothe engines in my Windy Scirocco. Did it to remove rust from the wheels and the register cover.

Is there a special tool I have to use to reinstall them? They came off pretty easy. Or is there any special procedure that must be followed when reinstalling?

Reason I am asking is I think I saw something somewhere about a special way to do this and dont want to do anything wrong here.
