Inside of the canopy marks!!!!

Hello,

I have some marks on the inside of the canopy on my Sprint. They have a greenish tint to them. Was wondering if this could be some kind of mold.

Any ideas what it could be, but more importantly how to get it off the inside of the canopy as dont want to use anything too strong.
