Many thanks for all the useful replies. (Delay in replying due to laptop wireless problems - Repeatit (see previous posts) antenna software seems not to have installed correctly /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif).
Problem was immovable lever of ball-type sea-cock (3 years old) at exit of loo/holding tank.Despite being in 'open' position I could not pump to sea, only to holding tank.
Lift-out revealed exit hole completely blocked by barnacles growing within lumen. Really scary as Amari was ashore all winter and antifouled and launched early May. Seacock replaced with ?bronze.
Lessons for me:
1. Check all seacock and other exits before relaunch
2. All levers must be easily accessible (this one wasn't) and open/closed frequently.
3. Before launch maybe poke marine greese up exit on to ball.
BTW, yard mechanic also dismantled Jabsco 'Amazon' pump and jabsco Y valve and found piece of toilet paper obstruting one or other. Obviously we 'never' put paper in toilet, except when I forget! /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif :Interestingly, Jabsco toilet info states use of paper OK /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
