Inmarsat C

I have an inmarsat C receiver. It refuses to log in or rather constantly does so but cant. One green light is on and the 2nd is flashing. It ssays it has a good signal strength and is synchronised . Anyone know what is wrong?

Your account may have locked up or have a problem, so check your account is still active with your provider (by landline!) You will need to give them your details and the code for the set.
