Look up "Fuel Injection Engineers" in your Yellow Pages. Failing that send it to me in Belfast and I'll get done for you.

just sitting trying to fathom how this injector works - should there be holes at the tip or does the ball head open

The injection hole at the tip is very small and if you one of the O Fs on here you may not be able to see it!
