I did this one October and thoroughly enjoyed it.

My Itinerary was:

Kos
Pserimos for lunch
Vathi Kalimnos overnight
Pandeli Leros (lovely)
Lipso
Patmos
Lakki
Kalimnos Town
Kos

We thoroughly enjoyed it and its a wonderful par of the world, its definitely worth getting off the boat and going for a wander on the islands.

This describes each of the islands. Levitha is a bit off the beaten track - in the middle of the meltemi belt!

It is, but downwind from Patmos and on to Kalimnos would not be a problem. It is possibly my favourite place in the Dodecanese, fantastic restaurant, the only habitation on the peak of the island, if you like remote, this is it. Young goat is always on the menu, superb.

There are moorings in the very sheltered bay, charge last year was €7 but you can often stay several nights for that.

Jimi's itinerary is pretty good for a week. The alternative would be to go south, Nisyros, Symi, Tilos and Astipalaia would make a good cruise, perhaps more miles than the northern one but well worth it.
