Hi
Ive just bought a yacht to restore. Shes called Anitra and was built by a French Company in Algiers in 1959. Shes 31 ft overall with 7'6" beam, draught 4'6", long fin, keel hung rudder with the propellor exiting aft of the rudder. She has very distinctive reverse shear, and when bought was yawl rigged but I think she should be bermudan. Shes constructued via a very early strip plank method and is fitted with shylight above the main cabin and has an early style forehatch wooden forehatch, and bronze fittings. The engine is a water cooled Coventry Victor horizontally opposed deisel.
If anyone has any knowledge of her, or can suggest where I can find out about her, (particularly designer!) I would be very grateful.
Cheers
